About RCI, Inc.

RCI, Inc. was established in 1990 and is a family owned and operated small business. RCI, Inc. offers complete plumbing repair and replacement for all residential and commercial customers in the Metro and South Atlanta area. We have expanded and currently perform commercial plumbing construction facilities and modification projects in the southeastern states of Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina.

At RCI, Inc., we are as concerned with preventing problems as we are about repairing them. It means keeping up with and exceeding industry standards, and using that knowledge to help you obtain the best quality service possible. About the Owner

Bradley Reed

It was at the age of fourteen that Brad’s family house in Michigan burned down. The house was mostly rebuilt by family, or they helped with some of the trades. So, they met every tradesmen but Brad seemed to hang out with the plumber the most. His first job out of high school was at a plumbing supply house.

After moving to Georgia, he got a job in the maintenance department at Community Christian School in Morrow, Georgia. From there he made contacts and moved on to a commercial plumbing company where after two years he obtained a journeymans license and his passion for the trade began. While crafting his skills, he also partnered with a friend to contract with Atlanta Gas Light Company installing various gas appliances.

The next adventure was meeting his wife Shelly at AGL and getting his Masters license right before the wedding. Shortly after that he started his own business and signed a contract to work with The Home Depot to install plumbing fixtures and water heaters and that grew store by store for over 8 years.

Proverbs 22:1 has always been a guiding verse for how he forms decisions and practices. The next few years, RCI gained more remodel work and some commercial clients. In 2010, he obtained his plumbing license for the state of TN and AL while working on Rinnai tankless conversions for the Bloomin’ Brands stores.

Around 2013, we began working with Chick-fil-A and that repair work turned into annual services and larger projects. We are now licensed for the states of Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. We continue to provide services to Metro and South Atlanta residential customers, as well as work with Chick-fil-A and HMC Construction Group LLC to provide plumbing services for remodels and facilities maintenance work.
